Your govtech stack,
answering the phone.

EffiGov connects its AI phone agents directly to municipal systems of record, so calls resolve against live data instead of a script: permits looked up in your permitting system, balances read from your billing system, service requests filed into your work-order system with a reference number the resident can keep.

If it has an API, or even a structured email or form intake, we can usually connect it. New integrations are scoped and built as part of deployment.

Integration questions

Does EffiGov work with our phone system?

Yes, because there is no telephony integration to build: your team forwards your existing lines to a phone number EffiGov manages, using the call forwarding every system already supports. That works the same from cloud platforms (Cisco Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Phone, RingCentral, Genesys, 8x8) and on-premises PBXs (Cisco CUCM, Avaya, iPitomy). You keep your numbers, your hardware, and your carrier, and you can unforward at any time.

Does EffiGov integrate with Accela, Tyler, or OpenGov?

Yes. EffiGov's agents connect to permitting and licensing platforms including Accela, Tyler EnerGov, OpenGov, and CitizenServe, so permit lookups, inspection scheduling, and code-case questions resolve on the call.

What happens when a resident files a service request?

The AI verifies the address against your GIS, files the request into your system of record with field-level mapping, and reads the resident a reference number, with an optional confirmation text. The record lands where your staff already work, not in a separate inbox.

Our system isn't listed. Can you connect to it?

Usually, yes. The catalog covers systems with public or standards-based APIs, and we build new connections as part of deployment. If your system has an API, or even a structured email or form intake, tell us what you run and we'll scope it.

Do we have to replace any of our current software?

No. EffiGov sits on top of your existing stack, phone system included. Agents read from and write to the systems you already run; there is no new system of record and no new software for your staff to learn.

Does the staff dashboard support single sign-on?

Yes. The EffiGov dashboard supports Microsoft SSO through Entra ID, so staff sign in with their existing work accounts and access follows your directory. No separate passwords to manage.

How long does an integration take to set up?

It depends on the system and the scope of what the agent should do with it, from read-only lookups to filing records. Integration setup happens during deployment alongside knowledge-base configuration, and we handle the mapping work.
